This architectural proposal centers around a single-story private residence with a basement in Kato Achaia, where the natural environment plays a vital role in our design approach. We draw inspiration from the existing landscape and seamlessly incorporate it into our plan, emphasizing a clean and practical linear design.

As you step inside, the home reveals two distinct areas: the shared space, which encompasses the kitchen, living room, and dining area, and the private quarters where you'll find the bedrooms. They are thoughtfully connected by a simple corridor with windows that offer glimpses of two small artificial gardens, creating a pleasant visual connection to the outdoors.

The corridor subtly links the residence to the surrounding trees and shrubs, ensuring a sense of harmony with the environment.

Inside, our design prioritizes flexibility and versatility, aiming to accommodate the evolving needs of the client. The focus is on functionality and aesthetics, making the space as practical as it is visually pleasing.

One of the noteworthy aspects of this project is the integration with the natural surroundings. The building boasts large windows that provide views of the outdoors and offer access to a well-maintained garden. This garden serves as a serene oasis, thoughtfully utilizing the local plant life and providing a relaxing space for residents to enjoy.
