Nestled in the picturesque settlement of Kalithea, in the heart of Fokida, this stone-built holiday home is a harmonious blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design. With a strong focus on integrating architecture with the surrounding landscape, the residence takes full advantage of visual escapes, framing the natural beauty of its environment through carefully positioned openings.
The structure is thoughtfully divided across three levels. The ground floor serves as the central living space, featuring a spacious open-plan layout that connects seamlessly with the outdoor area. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer privacy and panoramic views, while the attic is transformed into a cozy retreat, ideal for additional living or leisure.
To the rear of the property, a serene swimming pool creates a private oasis, perfectly complementing the residence’s aesthetic and functional appeal. The choice of stone as the primary material not only pays homage to local architectural traditions but also ensures durability and timeless elegance.
This residence embodies a refined approach to rural living, blending modern comforts with the enduring charm of Mediterranean vernacular architecture.
