This residence is designed for a five-member family. The site, located in the suburban area of Patras, has an plot area of 4.000 sq.m., by the sea with an east view to the mountains.
Abutting on the lateral limits of 15 meters of the plot, α strong east-west axis is created which inherent the dipole "Mountain- Sea". With the desire of the client to have a clear separation between the independent children’s space, the master bedroom and everyday spaces, the building is divided into two main parts with a connecting joint that includes the staircase and entrance.
