The objective of the study is to develop a luxurious 5-star hotel, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The architectural concept blends Mediterranean influences with modern design elements, featuring a harmonious integration of natural materials such as wood, tiles, and marble. From the interior spaces to the semi-outdoor areas and expansive terraces, a seamless transition is crafted, creating a cohesive ambiance.

The exterior landscaping is meticulously planned to incorporate local vegetation, sand dunes leading to the sea, and nearby forested areas. The integration of green spaces within the built environment enhances the overall aesthetic and connection with nature. Water features, pergolas, pathways, and themed gardens are strategically placed throughout the complex, shaping the outdoor experience.

Comprising three buildings, the hotel complex is thoughtfully arranged to optimize views and access to amenities. The central building, situated in the northern section, serves as the hub for main services and communal areas such as the lobby, lounge, bar, restaurant, and spa facilities. Additionally, it accommodates administrative offices, kitchens, and storage facilities, along with a selection of rooms. Buildings 2 and 3, positioned on the eastern and western perimeters respectively, primarily house guest rooms while incorporating supplementary spaces. This layout ensures that each room enjoys picturesque vistas of either the sea or the meticulously landscaped gardens, fostering a serene and indulgent experience for guests.
